GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE

Aim: To provide current and prospective students with an effective system to address their grievances and concerns regarding any aspect of their educational experience at our institution.

Objectives of the Grievance Redressal Committee:

  1. Implement a structured and transparent grievance redressal system to systematically receive and process student complaints
  2. Create accessible channels for students to voice their concerns about any aspect of college services, facilities, or academic matters
  3. Ensure thorough investigation and resolution of each complaint, working towards outcomes that address students’ concerns satisfactorily
  4. Maintain detailed documentation of all grievances and their resolutions to identify patterns and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
  5. Provide evidence-based recommendations to institutional leadership for systemic improvements based on grievance patterns and resolution

Role and Responsibilities of the Grievance Redressal Committee:

  1. Actively monitor and promptly address grievances raised by students and other stakeholders
  2. Provide students with easy access to a straightforward, efficient grievance redressal mechanism
  3. Ensure all complaints receive fair and unbiased consideration, leading to effective resolutions
  4. Act as a bridge between students and the institution to minimize grievances through proactive communication
  5. Cultivate a responsive and accountable institutional culture that maintains harmony and trust among all stakeholders
