MINORITY CELL

Aim: To ensure equal opportunities and social justice for minority students in educational, economic, and social spheres.

Objectives of Minority Cell:

  1. Implement state and central government policies and programs effectively for minority students
  2. Provide academic and personal counseling support to minority students
  3. Create a safe and inclusive campus environment for minority communities
  4. Establish grievance redressal mechanisms for minority students
  5. Uphold constitutional protections and safeguards for minorities

Role and Responsibilities of Minority Cell:

  1. Ensure effective implementation of minority welfare schemes and policies as per government guidelines
  2. Monitor and support minority students’ academic progress and address their concerns
  3. Organize awareness programs about various scholarships, educational loans, and career opportunities available for minority students
  4. Act as a bridge between minority students and college administration to facilitate better communication and support
