Students after filling the exam form through online portal are required to submit the hard copy to the college office. The schedule for this is displayed on the SPPU exam web site.
After following above procedures, if the students are dissatisfied, they can approach the SPPU examination Board through the College Principal, along with written application submitted to CEO of college.
In written application, student should clearly mention- full Name of candidate, Details of examination, PRN number, contact details (working Mobile and Email), attach relevant documents. Incomplete application will not be entertained. In some cases, students may have to pay charges as prescribed by the SPP University.
Student can submit their grievances in the written format related to internal evaluation including Practical exams, Extra credit courses to Head of the Department at the beginning. In case of dissatisfaction, they may approach the college administration or CEO through written application.
